TLS Certificates

The Certificates data source stores high-level information about TLS that were issued and published through various Certificate Transparency (CT) logs. You can see a list of active CT logs on our dedicated page.

Certificates are only available in urlscan Pro.

When to use

You should only use this dataset to retrieve TLS certificates issued for specific hostnames or domains. You should not use this dataset for discovery of new domains or hostnames. Instead use the Hostnames data source for this scenario.

Historical Observations

We ingested historical CT log entries from the Argon, Nimbus, Yeti, Nessie, Mammoth and Sabre CT logs.
